What You’ll Learn in the
VIM Yoga Teacher Training
Let's go through the curriculum!
Training modern, confident teachers
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive and structured curriculum designed to prepare you for confident, knowledgeable teaching.
Blending intelligent movement, functional anatomy, applied philosophy, and real teaching practice, this training gives you the tools to both deepen your own practice and guide others with clarity and skill
Yoga History & Philosophy
Our approach to yoga philosophy is practical, relevant, and grounded in real life.
Rather than studying ancient texts as abstract theory, we explore how the teachings of the Yoga Sutras, the yamas and niyamas, and key yogic concepts can support modern living and meaningful teaching.
You’ll learn how to understand these ideas for yourself first, and then how to weave them naturally into your classes through language, themes, and intention, making philosophy accessible and alive for your students without it ever feeling forced or overly academic.
