Moni and Emilie both did their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in-person, and then our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training online and they both really felt this format was beneficial in several ways: Having the option to consume content when you have the time available, at your own pace and being able to stop, rewind, re-watch is just extremely valuable. Not to mention the fact that the content is there for you for years to come a great library of support for the start of your yoga teacher career.

The habit of connecting with people online, in your cohort sets up a perfect space for continuous relationships with fellow teachers around the world. Moni and Emilie still regularly meet with other students from their 300hr cohort to share tips, ideas and keep growing as teachers. 

You will learn how to safely and successfully teach Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes fluid movement and synchronized breath. You will gain knowledge on modifying poses with props to suit different students at various levels of practice. Additionally, you will develop the skills to create intelligent, fun and creative  Vinyasa Flow classes. Beyond the physical asana practice, you’ll explore the fundamental principles of yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and other components that contribute to a fulfilling yoga lifestyle.

We start Saturday March 29 at 4PM, CEST with a Live introduction meeting and live yoga class. You will get access to the learning library and we will present your first homework. 

We will then meet for live practice, lecture and Q&A weekly until June 23, total 34 times, 2-3 hrs every time, most likely around 4pm. 

The pre-recorded online content is yours to access for the following 2 years. You will find that this is an extremely valuable resource when you start teaching, or when you stumble upon questions in your personal practice, either about anatomy, philosophy or branding. 

We start Wednesday March 29 at 4PM, CEST with a Live introduction meeting and live yoga class and we end Saturday June 24 with a graduation ceremony.

Yes, you will receive a 200 Hour VIM Yoga Academy Teacher Training certificate at completion of the training, in Goa, India. This certifies that you are officially certified to teach yoga. 

Yes! If you already have a teacher training- what a great way to add to your existing knowledge or refresh it, if the training was a while back. All approaches to yoga and teaching are different and we are certain that there is something for you to learn here. 

Absolutely! We welcome practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice. A Yoga Teacher Training is the best (and maybe only) way to really dig deep into all aspects of yoga. This experience will not only give you valuable knowledge about anatomy and your own body, it will evolve you spiritually and teach you so much about how to truly implement yoga as a lifestyle. 

We are dedicated to set you up for success. If you after completing this program, desire to teach yoga,  you will have all the pieces needed in form of teaching safely, creating interesting, intelligent classes, supporting your students, using your voice and language and much more. 

We hear this all the time, and truth is: If you’re a yoga practitioner who has thought about taking a Yoga Teacher Training – you are ready! Your practice doesn’t need to be in any way advanced or spectacular, you don’t need any prior knowledge about yoga philosophy, spirituality or how to structure a yoga class. You will learn all of that in this training! 

Yes, after your $500, you can break up the payment into 3 monthly payments. The training must be paid in full by the start of the course on August 1.
