Moni and Emilie both did their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in-person, and then our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training online. Creating a hybrid training would simply offer the best of these two worlds. Having the option to consume content when you have the time available, at your own pace and being able to stop, rewind, re-watch is just extremely valuable. Not to mention the fact that the content is there for you for life, a great library of support for the rest of your yoga teacher career.

However meeting in person has great values too. It allows for complete immersion, to breathe and be yoga 24hr a day. Teaching people in person is different to teaching online, giving hand-on assists only work when you can actually touch the person. Smells, vibrations and environmental sounds and atmospheres rarely travel on the web. This is our way to offer you the best experience we can imagine.

You will learn how to safely and successfully teach Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes fluid movement and synchronized breath. You will gain knowledge on modifying poses with props to suit different students at various levels of practice. Additionally, you will develop the skills to create intelligent, fun and creative  Vinyasa Flow classes. Beyond the physical asana practice, you’ll explore the fundamental principles of yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and other components that contribute to a fulfilling yoga lifestyle.

We start Tuesday August 1 at 4PM, CEST with a Live introduction meeting and live yoga class. You will get access to the learning library and we will present your first homework.

We will then meet for a live practice, lecture and Q&A weekly until October 19, total 12 times, 2hr every time, most likely around 4pm.

On October 21 we check in at Little Cove Yoga Resort, Goa, India. You are responsible for arriving here on time.

During two weeks we will apply all of the knowledge you have acquired during the online sessions, and through the pre-recorded content, and we will add to it. This is where we will dive deeper into intelligent and creative sequencing, hands-on assist, asana clinics, class theming and a lot more.

This is also a unique opportunity to deepen and expand your own practice, both the physical part but also the more spiritual parts of yoga.

After completion of the program you will receive your 200hr Yoga Teacher Certificate.

The pre-recorded online content is yours to access for life. You will find that this is an extremely valuable resource when you start teaching, or when you stumble upon questions in your personal practice, either about anatomy, philosophy or branding.

We start Tuesday August 1 at 4PM, CEST with a Live introduction meeting and live yoga class and we end Sunday November 4th at Little Cove Yoga Resort in Goa, India.

Yes, you will receive a 200 Hour VIM Yoga Academy Teacher Training certificate at completion of the training, in Goa, India. This certifies that you are officially certified to teach yoga.

Yes! If you already have a teacher training- what a great way to add to your existing knowledge or refresh it, if the training was a while back. All approaches to yoga and teaching are different and we are certain that there is something for you to learn here.

Absolutely! We welcome practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice. A Yoga Teacher Training is the best (and maybe only) way to really dig deep into all aspects of yoga. This experience will not only give you valuable knowledge about anatomy and your own body, it will evolve you spiritually and teach you so much about how to truly implement yoga as a lifestyle.

We are dedicated to set you up for success. If you after completing this program, desire to teach yoga,  you will have all the pieces needed in form of teaching safely, creating interesting, intelligent classes, supporting your students, using your voice and language and much more.

We hear this all the time, and truth is: If you’re a yoga practitioner who has thought about taking a Yoga Teacher Training – you are ready! Your practice doesn’t need to be in any way advanced or spectacular, you don’t need any prior knowledge about yoga philosophy, spirituality or how to structure a yoga class. You will learn all of that in this training!

Already from the start we had the intention to create a hybrid training, and the decision to choose India of course came from the connection to yoga. Goa is known for its ts stunning beaches, with their soft sand, crystal-clear waters, and laid-back atmosphere. It has a vibrant yoga and wellness scene, with numerous yoga studios, retreat centers, and alternative healing therapies available, which suited our intention for our journey.

Yes, after your $500, you can break up the payment into 3 monthly payments. The training must be paid in full by the start of the course on August 1.

The initial $500 is a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit.
